Top 10 Final Fantasy Classes

Top 10 Final Fantasy Classes
Subscribe

Which is the best class in the Final Fantasy franchise or series? Who is the most powerful? These are important life questions, and today we’ll be going through the classes of this ironically named series to see if we prefer the Black Mage, the Thief, the Red Mage, The Summoner, the Dark Knight, The Monk, The Ninja, The Dragoon, the Paladin, the Time Mage, the Mime or the lowly Onion Knight. These can be from any game from Square Enix’s landmark roleplaying series – So Final Fantasy, Final Fantasy II, Final Fantasy III, Final Fantasy IV, Final Fantasy VI, Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VIII, Final Fantasy IX, Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy XII and Final Fantasy XIV are all eligible, even the spinoffs like Final Fantasy Tactics. So long as it has FF in the name, any and classes your party members can take on in this JRPG franchise are all fair game here.

The History of Final Fantasy Official Retrospective (2006) - NintendoComplete

The official history of Square Enix's Final Fantasy series as it was presented on the bonus DVD included with the 2006 US release of Final Fantasy XII: Collector's Edition.

This retrospective covers the first twelve Final Fantasy games (1987-2006):
0:39 Final Fantasy
3:07 Final Fantasy II
6:46 Final Fantasy III
9:36 Final Fantasy IV
12:06 Final Fantasy V
14:33 Final Fantasy VI
16:52 Final Fantasy VII
20:02 Final Fantasy VIII
22:35 Final Fantasy IX
25:00 Final Fantasy X
27:23 Final Fantasy XI
29:54 Final Fantasy XII

It also includes a few early previews for the Final Fantasy XIII games - anyone remember all of those advertised spin-off games that eventually became other things, like Final Fantasy XV?

And does anyone know for certain if the narration is being done by the guy that played Alucard in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night? I swear it's the same voice, but I can't find any production credits for this video anywhere. I remember the first time I saw this I instantly thought back to the warning that Alucard gave you if you stuck the SotN CD in a regular CD player - anyone else remember that? Right before that awesome bonus track that they also included on the CD?

I've posted this video exactly as it appeared on the original DVD, but I have deinterlaced and upscaled the picture so that it will display better on YouTube.
